Return Policy

1. No right of revocation

    As digital workbooks are delivered and downloaded immediately after purchase, revocation or     

    refund is in principle not possible. By completing the purchase, you agree that delivery will begin immediately

    begins immediately and you waive the right of withdrawal.

2. Exceptions to the return policy

    A refund or exchange may be considered in the following cases:

    Technical problems: If the file is damaged or not delivered correctly, we will offer a new copy free of charge.

    Double purchase: If the same workbook was accidentally purchased several times, a refund for the additional purchase          can be requested.

    Incorrect delivery: If you have received an incorrect workbook, we will correct it at no extra charge.
